CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
Dear Client, should you wish to cancel your services with AIMWEB, please take note of the following cancellation procedure guidelines:
According to the South African consumer laws, the initial “cool off” period is 5 business days in which the client may cancel their contract.
We require a minimum of 1 (one) calendar month cancellation notice period on the cancellation of services for all services provided.
The setup costs are non-refundable.
You may not seed or assign your contractual obligation to any 3rd party unless by a specific arrangement with AIMWEB Global Web Solutions.
Please note that our Terms & Conditions of the contractual agreement are considered binding on both parties at all times.
